HR251 hurricane-impact glazing, built off-site and moved intact — Rosharon, TX.

Mammoet USA was built as an HR251 hurricane-impact system engineered to Texas windstorm code. The curtain wall is captured horizontally, with structural silicone glazing (SSG) joints on the vertical butt glaze; the wall is sloped and aligns across every floor. The entire building was fabricated off-site, then picked up and moved intact to its permanent home in Rosharon, TX. It is one of many projects we've completed with Noble Building & Development, LLC.
