Glazier — Commercial
Seeking motivated lead men and glaziers for commercial glazing installation, fabrication, and service work. Lead men: 10+ years' experience running 2–4 man crews; glaziers: 5+ years. Must read blueprints, communicate with superintendents, and have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, your own tools, and solid safety habits. Glazier-helper training positions are also available. We offer health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and plenty of overtime. Commercial only — no residential or auto glass.
Project Estimator / Manager
Perform takeoffs from prints and specifications, build project budgets (materials + labor), and prepare proposals for new-construction and remodel work. Review contracts and budgets before they're signed, order materials to hold GC schedules, maintain change-order logs across multiple projects, and handle service calls and walk-in customers professionally. Requires commercial-glazing / new-construction / service-work knowledge and skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reading blueprints (Vista Vision / V6 a plus).
